All content created or provided by Osumare, including but not limited to branding materials, websites, and digital marketing content, remains the intellectual property of Osumare unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the provision of services that is not public knowledge.
- Payments
Details regarding payments, invoicing, and any associated fees will be outlined in separate agreements.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the services for any reason by providing written notice. Termination fees, if applicable, will be outlined in separate agreements.
- Limitation of Liability
Osumare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Changes to Terms
Osumare reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
