Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms for our clients, ensuring high-quality content creation, engagement, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and curate content calendars for multiple clients, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client social media presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years +) in managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience with social media advertising is a plus.
