As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join us part-time and help scale our campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta ecosystem.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, expert-level platform knowledge, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling paid social campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving ROI in a remote, part-time setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-converting Meta Ads strategies for lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand awareness.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (both prospecting and retargeting).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Provide clear and concise performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience specifically in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly ad budgets.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Events Manager, Pixel setup, and Custom Conversions.
  • Deep knowledge of lookalike audiences, funnel building, and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance attribution models.
  • Experience across diverse industries (e-commerce, SaaS, D2C, B2B) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Meta Blueprint Certification
  • Experience with landing page A/B testing tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage)
  • Understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or omnichannel strategies
