Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist who can manage our Google Ads campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of Google Ads, including search ads, shopping ads, video ads, programmatic ads, display ads, and retargeting ads. The specialist will be responsible for delivering guaranteed results in terms of conversions, with a particular focus on real estate lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns.
Perform daily account management of pay-per-click (PPC) accounts on Google Ads.
Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure the achievement of client objectives.
Conduct A/B testing of ads to determine the most effective creatives and strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
Execute real estate lead generation campaigns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality leads with strong conversion potential.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and Google Ads management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads Advanced Certification is required.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and achieving strong conversion ratios, particularly in the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including search ads, shopping ads, video ads, programmatic ads, display ads, and retargeting ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
