Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing

Osumare Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Branding, Web, and Digital Marketing Company headquartered in Pune, with an impressive portfolio of over 800+ clients, including renowned domestic and international names like Zoom, Microsoft, Erdington, HP, HPE, AMD, Nutanix, Tableau, Daikin, DICCI, and many more! We are actively seeking a Digital Marketing Intern who seeks to gain valuable exposure and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Sales of Branding, Web and Digital Marketing Services.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell our digital marketing services.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build a strong client base, and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
• Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor our services to meet those needs effectively.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive sales presentations & proposal for prospective clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and progress toward targets to the management team.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass media & communication or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the digital marketing industry.
• Good with preparing excellent sales presentations
• Pleasant personality
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, strategies, and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Must have a laptop for work-related tasks
• Possession of a 2-wheeler for travel as needed
• This is sales target based profile

Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
